We are looking for a Butchery Supervisor for our evening shift.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Preparation of Orders- working within group to prepare orders (steaking, burgers, B&R items) for next day deliveries.

  • Supervision of Operations-ensure all works, jobs and paperwork is completed. Ensure Butchery is kept clean and action out any non-compliances highlighted by QA.

  • Assist with jobs allocations and technical issues- work with the team on BC with any issues, highlighting any non-conformances to Butchery Office.

  • Breaking of Large joints – sectioning of larger joints for easier movability and storage.

  • EOB Cleaning – Cleaning of all work areas and equipment, floors, and work surfaces, delegating team members to action out QA issues.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Supervisor experience
