Butchery Operative/Picker

We are looking for a motivated Butchery Operative to work in our state of the art Butchery located at La Rousse Foods. This is a part-time role working Monday's, Wednesday's and Fridays.

Key Responsibility:

- Create prep line jobs to fulfil sales orders according to packing schedule per route with timing instructions.

- Assist with basic Butchery Tasks (some cutting/Mincing/burger Production).

- Packing customer orders, ensuring correct products, quantities and weights. 

- Build pallets for dispatch and transfer them to Marshalling area per timetable.

- Cleaning of goods-out area and equipment.

- Control of packing area location, emptied at the end of each shift, ensuring all stock goes back to Finished goods area.

-Assist with picking Butchery orders ensuring all orders are picked on time.
