Butcher (Temp, 6 months)

Description:

We are looking for a part-time Butcher to work Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's. This is a temporary 6 month contract that could lead into a permanent position.

Duties include:

- Boning and cutting of meat for customers orders.

- Cutting to yields agreed with butchery production manager.

- Ensuring all cuts meet customer and quality specification.

- Cleaning of production area and equipment.

Ideal candidate will have:

-Experience regarding cutting and boning

-Experience working in a Butchery

- Understanding HACCP and food safety training and understanding the importance of regulations which are set.
