We are looking for a Butcher for our evening shift.

Duties include:

- Boning and cutting of meat for customer orders.

- Cutting to yields agreed with butchery production manager.

- Ensuring all cuts meet customer and quality specification.

- Cleaning of production area and equipment.


Ideal candidate will have:

-Experience regarding cutting and boning

- Understanding HACCP and food safety training and understanding the importance of regulations which are set.
